Truthfully?  I swing between being obsessed with the issue of burnout in ministry, to being tired by the message for change.  More importantly – I still feel commissioned to keep going.  
I was the one who got in trouble at school for talking.  Speaking.  Now it seems it can do some good!  So I try to use my words….

To share insights and tips based on that research
To add to the collective wisdom that can move the dial for us to live and serve as one.
